CARE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY. AND YOUR WHAT-IFS.
From your annual checkup to the unexpected sick day, we bring a personal approach to everyday medicine.
Annual physicals, screenings, and chronic-condition management — blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol.
Coughs, fevers, infections, ear and sinus problems, rashes, urinary symptoms, sprains, and other injuries that don't need an ER. We can do rapid strep, flu, and urine testing in the office. Call in the morning — we keep room in the schedule.
Video visits for follow-ups, medication questions, and many sick visits that do not need an exam room. Call the office to see whether your concern can be handled by video — some visits still need to be in person.
Blood draws and urine testing in the office. Common orders include CBC, metabolic panels, glucose, flu, and screening labs. Results return to your own doctor, and a clinician follows up. We work with established laboratory partners so most routine work has a short turnaround.
Routine immunizations for children and adults, flu shots, and injectable medications given by clinical staff.
Well-woman and well-man exams, hormonal and reproductive concerns, and age-appropriate screening.
School and sports physicals, well-child exams, childhood vaccinations, and sick care for the youngest in the family.
Examinations, vaccination review, and required lab testing for Form I-693. Your sealed envelope is prepared when results and requirements are complete.

Personal care makes a difference.
A turning point in my life was hearing the words, ‘I think this has been a misdiagnosis,’ and I am, thanks to you, now back on the road to health and happiness.
I was referred to Dr. Masood by a friend and we both love and trust her for our health care. She is very caring and spends as much time with you as you need. I’m also impressed with how much she remembers about my past visits without checking the computer.
Dr. Mohiuddin is a great doctor, compassionate and caring. He really listens to his patients. He has been my doctor for 10+ years.
